Here at Seeds Church we have two venues each with their own unique ​spaces which allow for a range of different events.​

Aberfoyle Park

Auditorium

A great space for large scale events. including concerts, shows, weddings, funerals, parties and other events.

Features a stage, large projector screen and a sound/tech area, only to be used by our technicians for an additional fee.

​Capacity: 400 people (standing), 350 people (seated)

Hall

A versatile venue perfect for parties, dinners, business workshops and other small scale events.

Features a pull-down screen, projector, and a PA/Sound system.It connects to the Café via large glass sliding doors and to the Commercial Kitchen with a serving window, offering flexibility and easy access.

Capacity: 100 people (standing), 80 people (seated)

Cafe

A cozy and inviting space ideal for small parties, dinners and meetings.

 Features a dedicated Barista Area equipped with a coffee machine, only to be used by our trained baristas for an additional fee, and easy access to the Commercial Kitchen.

Capacity: 70 people (standing), 40 people (seated)

Kitchen

An excellent facility for small cooking or baking businesses, as well as for preparing food for events.

Features two large ovens, a commercial dishwasher and a range of other appliances. The kitchen also features a convenient serving window that connects to the Hall, with access doors leading to both the Hall and Café.

Room S2

A large, versatile room, perfect for meetings, playgroups and business workshops.

Features a pull-down screen, projector, and sound system to support your event needs. Additionally, S2 connects to S3 through glass doors, allowing for an extended space if required.

Capacity: 60 people

Room S3

An excellent space for meetings and business presentations.

 Features a TV for seamless viewing or presentations. It also connects to both S2 and S4 through glass doors, offering flexible options for larger gatherings or breakout sessions.

Capacity: 30 people

Room S4

A cozy and comfortable room, ideal for small meetings and business discussions.

Features a TV for presentations or viewing, and it can connect to S3 through glass doors, providing added flexibility for your event setup.​

Additional Extras

Barista
Must be church-approved, priced per hour

Coffee Supplies
Beans provided with barista, all other consumables (milk, sugar etc) at hirers expense.

Sound/Lighting Technician
Base fee for the first 3 hours applies and then a standard fee for every hour afterwards

Out of Office Access
Access code to enter the building will be provided at time of hire

Cleaning Fee
Applies when cleaning is necessary after use or for specific functions
